AGC Competitive
Programs are invitational. Children are tested, then invited to join
the program
Gymnastics is an
excellent foundation for all sports. It increases body strength,
balance, co-ordination and body awareness. It also teaches children
life skills such as time management, discipline, commitment and
responsibility.
Under the direction
of Women's Head Coach, Altadore Gymnastic Club has developed
a highly effective tiered training system. The tiered system
accommodates the novice gymnast through to elite level. Each level
or tier within the competitive program serves a specific purpose
in preparing a well-rounded athlete.
