Have you ever thought about joining competitive gymnastics but think it’s maybe just a little bit too hard but are worried that recreational gymnastics is maybe just a little bit too easy? Well if you want to train at a more accelerated level then recreational gymnastics but competitive is a little more than you’re looking for and love performing in front of people then Altadore’s Demo Team is probably just right!

Our Demo Team is made up of girls from Altadore Gymnastic Club and entrance is based on a try out, invitation basis. Our Demo Team Gymnasts learn a wide range of skills from artistic gymnastics to dance and acrobatic routines with the goal of promoting and representing Altadore Gymnastic Club. Demo Team Gymnasts have the opportunity to show off their skills and their smiles as they put on performances at various events in the Calgary area throughout the year.
