Developmental Programs for MAG & WAG

5 years and up

Gymnasts will be selected for the Developmental Program from the Tots, Kindergym and Advanced Kindergym classes in the Recreational Program or by individual assessment done by request.  The emphasis will be placed on developing the child’s Strength, Flexibility, Agility and overall body Coordination as well as listening and self-discipline skills.  This program is for children who desire to pursue gymnastics on a more committed path.

Competitive Program for MAG & WAG

8 years and up

Altadore offers a Competitive Program for boys and girls competing at both a Provincial and National Level.  Gymnasts are selected by individual assessment done by the Program Head Coach or Artistic Director.  Physical preparation is an integral part of this level with an emphasis on skill development.
